Classicus’ First Equestrian Dinner

On June 1st, 13 dinner guests attended the first Equestrian Dinner at Classicus.  Guests arrived barsnside for champagne, introductions, and meeting the horses.  The  flowers were spectacular and the evening weather was stunning.  After chatting, the guests made their way to the dining room to sit at one of the three tables in front of the picture windows that look out into the arena.   At each place setting was a program which included a line-up for the evenings performances as well as a photo and brief history of each breed performing.  Five different breeds were represented for the theme of the evening, the history of the horse.MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA

The first horse for the evening was Pico performing all of the lateral movements on the long line. The second horse was the Quarter Horse, King  .The third horse was a very exuberant Kiger Mustang, El Dorado.   Fourth was  the Hanoverian, Eros.  Fifth was  the Napoletano Nesso presented by Napoleon. Another dinner is scheduled for August 24th.
